1. Who we are

AUTO DIAG AL ("the Software") is developed and provided by EriónDigital, Kosovo ("we", "us"). Contact details are on the contact page.

2. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

3. License

A license is sold as a yearly subscription at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically each year until cancelled. While the subscription is active you may install and activate the Software on up to 2 computers that you or your business use. The license is personal and may not be resold, shared or sublicensed. If the subscription ends, is refunded or charged back, the license stops working for real-vehicle functions; the free DEMO mode remains available.

4. Accounts

You need an account to buy and activate a license. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Use of the Software

The Software communicates with vehicle control units. Changing coding or settings of a vehicle can affect how it works. You use these functions at your own risk and are responsible for checking that any change is appropriate for the vehicle, legal and safe. Always keep the backups the Software creates. Do not use the Software while driving. Compatibility depends on your adapter and vehicle; not all functions are available on all vehicles.

6. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify or circumvent the license checks of the Software, or use it to bypass vehicle security, immobilizer or emission-control protections.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including damage to vehicles resulting from changes made with the Software, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase or renewal applies.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
