Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or of an annual renewal. Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle: use the link in your order receipt email, or contact us and we will arrange it. When a payment is refunded, the related license is deactivated.

Before buying, you can try the free DEMO mode, which shows all functions with a simulated vehicle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your receipt or by contacting us. After cancellation the license keeps working until the end of the year you have already paid for and is not renewed.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
