What we collect

• Account: your email address, optional name and a securely hashed password.
• License activations: an anonymous computer identifier (a one-way hash, not your hardware serial numbers), the computer name you send, and activation dates.
• Purchases: Paddle.com processes your payment as Merchant of Record and shares with us the transaction and subscription identifiers and status. We never receive your card details. Paddle's privacy policy covers the data it processes.

What we do not collect

Diagnostic data — vehicles, VINs, fault codes, customer records and reports — stays on your computer. The Software only contacts our server for your account and license.

Why

To provide your account, issue and verify licenses, prevent license misuse, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Storage and retention

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase, servers in the EU). We keep account and license records while your account exists and as required by law for purchase records.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your data by contacting us. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. The checkout provided by Paddle may use cookies necessary for payment and fraud prevention.
